You can return online purchases that are in new, unused and resalable condition to our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received your order. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on items used or broken, denoted as hazardous on your packing slip, items containing gasoline or oil, customized or personalized merchandise and special orders.
Please follow the return instructions provided on the back of your packing slip. Remember to enclose a copy of your packing slip with your return.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
